70-3-2 Standard to pass. To pass the ex-
amination administered by the board, the exam-
inee shall demonstrate scientific and practical
knowledge sufficient in the judgement of the
board to prove competency to practice veterinary
medicine. The successful examinee shall obtain a
total test converted scale score of seventy (70.00)
or above on each of the national tests, and a score
of ninety (90.00) percent or above on the state
jurisprudence examination. (Authorized by and
