Policies on Public Disclosure and Requests for Public Documents
Open Records Policy
To obtain copies of Agency Records, formal request should be made in writing to the Board.
 
Specific Data Request                List Request

The Records Custodian is required to consult with the agency director and agency counsel before releasing copies of any agency documents. 

Anyone may telephone the Board to verify that a veterinarian is licensed in the State of Kansas and that no disciplinary action is showing against the licensee.
