Regulations
A
public hearing will be conducted at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday,
December 2, 2009 at Via Christi-St. Francis Campus, 3600 E.
Harry, 3rd Floor-Conference Room A, Wichita, KS to consider
the adoption of the following proposed regulations of the
Board of Pharmacy. This 60 day notice constitutes a public
comment period for the purpose of receiving written public
comments on these proposed regulations.
Comments
can be made in writing to the Kansas Board of Pharmacy, 900
SW Jackson, Room 560, Topeka, KS 66612-1231 or via e-mail
at pharmacy@pharmacy.ks.gov or in person at the board meeting.
Any
individual with a disability may request accommodation in
order to participate in the public hearing and may request
the proposed regulations and economic impact statements in
an accessible format. Requests for accommodation must be made
at least five working days in advance of the hearing by contacting
