The network is committed to enhancing diversity in the statewide workforce.
It also can provide guidance and assistance to state agencies in their efforts toward broader diversity.
The Diversity Network is comprised of a multi-agency membership of State
of Kansas government employees. Sub-committees have been
formed to address such issues as a web presence, recruitment, training,
communication and needs analysis.
