NOTICE OF AMENDED RULES & REGULATIONS The following Regulations have been Amended effective November 6, 2009. 66-6-6; 66-7-2; 66-8-3; 66-8-4; 66-8-7; 66-9-4; 66-10-1; 66-10-9; 66-10-14; 66-11-1; 66-11-1a; 66-11-1b; 66-11-4 An individual review of a specific regulation may be accomplished by clicking on the Regulation of interest from the list above or downloaded in total by clicking here. ********************************** NEW CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION FORM New Statutes go into effect July 1, 2009. Any Business Entity offering services in a technical profession must have a Certificate of Authorization from the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions. Click here for the new Application for a Certificate of Authorization. A Business Entity means a general corporation, professional corporation, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, corporate partnership or other legal entity created by law. If your company currently holds a Certificate of Authorization, you do not need to re-apply. If questions, please contact the Board office. ***************************** License Renewals ATTENTION: Landscape Architects whose last name begins with M-Z. The "On Line Renewal" window below is open for you to renew your license on line beginning November 2, 2009 through March 1. 2010.
You may use the on-line system if your social security number is on file at the board office. (You may call the board office at 785-296-4400 to provide your SSN if you wish). |
