Crematory Operator Licensure Information Effective 12/1/2011, all cremations performed in the State of Kansas must be performed by Kansas licensed crematory operators. A list of all licensed crematory operators can be found at the Crematories By City page.

The Tentative Agenda for the October 9, 2014 MeetingThe filing deadline for the Board Meeting of Thursday, October 9, 2014 is September 15, 2014.  All applications, fees and documentation are due by that time in order to be placed on the agenda for that meeting.  The filing deadline for the following meeting of Thursday, January 8, 2015 is December 15, 2014.
