Establishments and Crematories can pay their fees on-line HOWEVER, this
is just a payment method only!! There is also a "convenience
user
fee" that is in addition to your license fees due. You
still must
submit all your information by mail, ie: signed renewal
form,
continuing education cards/certificates if an individual. If you are an
establishment/branch establishment or crematory, you will have to
submit your renewal, roster application, and pre-needs by mail.
