The Funeral Consumers Alliance has a document available on-line on their web site under the section titled Frequently Asked Questions/Documents Recycle Your Medical Devices that could prove helpful.  Items discussed in the brochure include hearing aids, pacemakers and insulin pumps.
Information regarding rehabilitation of Memorial Service/Lincoln Memorial Life Insurance Companies/National Prearranged Funeral Services  which includes Legal Documents relating to the rehabilitation.  A Resource Page involving Memorial Service Life and Lincoln Memorial Life has been posted on the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) web site.
The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) and the National Organization of Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Associations (NOLHGA) have announced important developments in a plan to protect insurance consumers in the case involving National Prearranged Services, Inc.
