This proposed legislation has been provided to the Kansas Funeral Directors Association (KFDA) and to members of the general public and will be reviewed and discussed at the next KSBMA Board Meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 14, 2010. Please provide any written comments to the KSBMA at the address listed below, via letter, fax or email. All comments should include your name and address. If you are unable to print this material, please contact the KSBMA and we provide you with a copy.

This proposed legislative draft was reviewed by a consultant who was recommended by a representative from the Cremation Association of North America (CANA) as the KSBMA would like to update state statutes and regulations that have not had any major changes since they became law on January 1, 2002
