The Public Affairs Office is located in Nickell Memorial Armory at the State Defense Building complex in Topeka. The entrance to the complex is on 27th Street, approximately 100 yards east of Topeka Blvd.

Access to the State Defense Complex requires either a valid Military ID or civilian photo ID (such as a driver's license).
