86-3-6a Offices.
- A primary office may be in the supervising broker's residence.
A branch office may be in the branch broker's residence.
- Office space shall be sufficient to maintain the records relating
to the broker's real estate business and to allow examination or inspection
by the Commission pursuant to K.S.A. 58-3061 and amendments thereto
without interference by other users of the property.
