86-1-2 Examinations.

1. Examinations shall be given by the testing service designated by the Commission.
2. Applicants shall obtain registration forms from the Commission or from the testing service designated by the Commission.
3. Applicants shall file registration forms and pay examination fees directly to the testing service designated by the Commission.
