| Effective 7/1/07,
a certificate of completion for the 4-hour Kansas Law Course must be filed
with the application for a Kansas broker's license based on licensure
requirements met in another state. The license application, course certificate
and passing score from the Kansas portion of the licensure exam must be
submitted to the Commission within 6 months of the course completion
date and passing date of the exam. Fingerprints for a KBI/FBI criminal
background check must also be submitted to the Commission.
