    2018 AQB Criteria Changes. Effective May 1, 2018, the Appraisal Qualifications Board has adopted several changes to the qualifying criteria of all three (3) license/certification types. While processing and adopting changes to regulations can be a lengthy process, the Board has elected to begin accepting the new criteria effective May 1, 2018. For specific changes, click on Regulations & Statutes in the left hand navigation bar. The affected regulations can be found at the bottom of the page.

  • Effective August 1, 2014, the KREAB adopted a new standard for experience hours. All experience obtained after August 1, 2014, will use the Experience Hours Table (provided under the Licensing Tab) to determine the maximum hours granted for experience. The log forms have been adjusted for this new standard and should be used from this point forward.
