the state. Before you drive any long distance to one, please call ahead. We
all try to stick to a schedule but things change. If you have one to list, please

- Auburn, Kansas Prairie Picker Association
jam, 4th Sunday of the month, October through April, Auburn Community

- Manhattan, Acoustic Country Music Jam,

- Lawrence, Kaw Valley Acoustic Music Assoc.
Jam at the Dillards, 1720 Troon Land, 7:00-9:30 p.m. Usually the second

- Lawrence, There's a weekly jam at
Americana Music Academy , 1419 Mass. St. Saturday afternoons,

- Lawrence, There's a weekly Community Acoustic
jam at Signs of Life Bookstore. 722 Mass Street, Wednesday, 7:30-9:30 p.m.

- Council Grove, Barber Shop, Derrick Doty,
barber, hosts this monthly jam at 7 p.m. on last Tuesday. (620)767-8316.
- Emporia Community Acoustic Jam
The first Friday and third Monday of the month from 6:00-8:30 p.m. at
Flint Hills Technical College Conference Center, 3301 W 18th, Emporia, KS.

- Cottonwood Falls, Emma Chase Cafe, has jams on
Friday nights, all month long. Different flavor each Friday: first Friday one is acoustic
country,
second Friday is acoustic bluegrass, third is acoustic Gospel, fourth Friday is old timey
rock & roll and vintage country (amplifiers allowed), and fifth Friday is folk and
