The Registered Mass Appraiser (RMA) is a designation that was created by the Kansas legislature in 1997. In order to obtain the RMA, a candidate must meet experience and education requirements as well as be able to demonstrate appraisal knowledge and ability through the completion of commercial and residential case studies.
