69-6-2 Sale or change of ownership.

An establishment license shall be valid only for the premise named in the license. A licensee shall notify the board, in writing, within 15 days of a sale or other change of ownership of the establishment. Upon a sale or other change of ownership of an establishment, the establishment license shall be transferred to the new owner or owners, without inspection, upon payment of a transfer fee.
