69-3-26 Transfer students.
- Within 30 days after enrollment of a transfer student, a school shall obtain
verification of the student's prior course of training including subjects,
the number of hours, and practice services completed by the student.
- A school shall obtain verification on a form approved and provided by the
board from the state board or school in the state or jurisdiction where the
transfer student completed the training.
- The school shall determine the subjects, hours and practice services of
the transfer student's prior course of training which conforms to the curriculum
requirements in K.A.R. 69-3-8 and shall give the students credit for those
subjects, hours and practice services.
