On May 11, 1992, the body of Jennifer D. Judd was found in her residence located at 219 North Park Avenue, Baxter Springs, Kansas.
Investigation revealed that Jennifer Judd died as the result of multiple stab wounds.
A Governor’s Reward is being offered in the amount of $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for this crime.
