CAROL A. MOULD

On September 22, 2004, around 2:00 pm, The Butler County Dispatch Center was notified of a house fire at 16797 SW State Road, Benton, Kansas located in western Butler County. This residence is located east of the Butler and Sedgwick County line and sits south of K-254 Highway which, runs between Wichita and El Dorado, Kansas. Upon arrival emergency personnel located a burnt human body deceased inside the residence.

The investigation has determined that the body was that of Carol A. Mould, a 43 year old mother of three, who resided at the address. An extensive investigation is currently underway involving numerous leads. Further information could be vital. A Governor’s Reward of $ 5,000 has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual or individuals who committed the homicide of Carol A. Mould.
