Wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff's Department on charges of theft, criminal damage to property and felony bond jumping
Hispanic male, DOB 7-4-65, 5 foot 4 inches, 130 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. Gusman has a 4" inch scar on the back of his left hand. Gusman has been known to use the aliases of Otoniel Gusman Meraz and "Natural".
